This doesn’t surprise me and this isn’t the first time it happened. I spent all day today waiting for a package from DHL (unfortunately that was the only way they ship, otherwise I would have chosen another method), tracking it online continuously. All day it showed “with delivery courier” until around 7:30 tonight. Later in the afternoon I waited outside for the truck & it finally showed up at around 4:50 PM. I stopped the driver as she was leaving the condo and asked if she had my package. She said she didn’t have it and it’s probably on a different truck. I continued to track it online and kept running outside looking for the truck. Finally around 7:30 the status changed to “Delivery attempted at 4:45 PM”, which is about the exact time I stopped the driver. When I called, the dispatcher was as puzzled as I am.
